Starting 1 January 2026, we will be offering our invoices exclusively via PEPPOL. This will ensure a more secure, faster and error-free exchange of invoices between companies and government agencies within Belgium. In order to receive invoices via PEPPOL, we have joined the PEPPOL network.
Our PEPPOL ID is: 0208:0402981946

What does this mean for you?

  • Invoices that we send to you will now be delivered via the PEPPOL network in the form of an .xml file.
  • If your organisation is also connected to PEPPOL, you will automatically receive our invoices in your accounting or ERP system.

  • Faster and more secure invoice exchange
  • Less chance of errors
  • Automatic processing in your administration
  • Compliance with Belgian invoicing rules that will come into force on 1 January 2026
